Synopsis

There has to be a catch when a deluxe rental property is this cheap–and this one connects to a perilous dungeon in another world! Far from being dissuaded, Touru jumps at the chance to sign the lease, hoping to go from high school dropout to big-time adventurer. He soon encounters a stranded knight: a gorgeous young woman named Ria. Touru rescues her and takes her back to Earth, where she promptly mistakes him for a Great Sage, seeing normal things like running water for evidence of his powerful magic. Touru may dream of heroism, but first he has to figure out how to share an apartment with a cute girl from another world!

Preliminary (7/41 eps)
A young man rents a large mansion for a small amount and discovers that it's connected to a dungeon in another world. He rescues a girl and learns that in the other world he has a status table!

Only a few chapters are scanlated as of March 23rd 2018, but it's a fun read. This is the kind of RPG dungeon adventure that is best consumed in large doses. It's a good set up so far though.

There's a ecchi quality to the text, but it's not aggressively sexual. Unfortunately, it looks like our MC is another person who simultaneously wants sex but turns down every opportunity ...

It's definitely an entertaining manga, but nothing spectacular. If you're someone who likes stories with dungeons and goblins, you'll enjoy it for at least two-thirds of the way through, at which point it starts to get a little weird. The story doesn't have much to highlight; many things are left unexplained, but it's not necessary to know them. I think the team that forms around the protagonist is quite good, but there aren't too many incursions due to the few chapters. Late Review as I saw it randomly updated and figured I should say something?
This is a very simple series yet somehow it's not Isekai.
Just a regular school boy whose room becomes a portal to a fantasy world.
He meets a couple of other worlder girls who he teams up with to adventure, not as exciting as most would assume
There isn't really much going on here, just slice of life interactions with a touch of fantasy stuff.
I mean there is also a bunch of Ecchi stuff so maybe it's nice to have, as the story is just on a medium scale
