Both have great artstyles and story. I especially love the paneling in both of them! And the way each author colours covers is very good. Definitely one of my favourite artstyles in manga. The character designs are also great.
Both deal with having magical/spiritual powers, discovering /working with them, and having a kinship that occurs because they are different from normal humans.
I rarely recommend mangas that I read but they're both ones that I highly recommend because they're so good.
