| “Another zundoko case closed” Maybe the real secret menu item was the friends we made along the way? Hamori looked absolutely adorable in her detective get-up today, too bad it kind of ended up being for nothing lol. Who’d have thought the secret item was dad jokes? Probably one of the weaker episodes we’ve had in a while, I normally love Uta family eps but this one a bit meh lol. Felt like filler. I think this week’s fight against the Darkranda was the best part actually. Idol getting thrown off by its gimmick and thinking it was bowing/being polite was funny. For once, even Chokkrine can’t properly control a Darkranda and it gave her some well deserved punishment. The fact she’s still trying to get cutty and Zakkuri back, girl go to hell lol Dad jokes might be cringe, but it’s pretty cool that Uta’s dad ended up giving one of their regular his career indirectly by encouraging him to become a comedian. Love my girls, but this was a weak episode. |

| Out of every filler episode this season, this one feels the most filler. Nothing plot wise was added. Just that Glitter always had clients, and the Branch Office keep a Cold War type surveillance on the city. |

| I had low expectations for this episode because it once again focused more on a side character and not one of the Cures (though it looks like we're going back to those eps next week!)...but compared to last week, this one was a lot of fun to watch! The fight was also very entertaining; I was smiling during most of it. :) Also holy crap, Meroron was actually tolerable in this episode! Their moments were suuuuper cute this time around (they wanted to be a piece of evidence...that's so cute actually). Hopefully this keeps up! Any genuine attempts at making Meroron an actual character is always appreciated. |

| Funny episode, not much about plot bla bla bla bla but it's a friggin' toku in animated form, there's no plot to begin with. I also just love looking at my wives Cure Idol, Cure Wink and Cure Zukyoon being sexy and badass like their usual while destroying monsters inbetween, so it's ok by me. Watched immediately after the completely reborn Akiko Inoue in No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger with a great friggin' episode that I suggest everybody into this series to watch in fansubbed form. Probably people will shit all over that episode like they will do with this Kimi To Idol (they did it with the immaculate previous episode), but I don't care. 9/10 for Gozyuger and 8/10 for this one. Now to get back to finishing the INSANELY underrated Delicious Party Pretty Cure (my official entry into the IP with Kimi to Idol) before the scrubs of Kamen Rider Zeztz drop on nyaa. I leave the official subs to the $ucker$ who prefer them, I'm not such a person. |
