It's simply going against the grain. They want to be special. They're looking for that validation. They want to be noticed and talked about. So whatever is popular they then go and have the exact opposite opinion, to stand out. It's not even really about the Anime. Not saying OP is like this, necessarily, but a lot of people here are just doing that. |

I know there’s some controversy over the portrayal of demons in Frieren but again it’s something I don’t participate in debating. |
