It has hard earned fight for bird that he lost due to his Beyblade cracking, honestly it was great fight but I am still salty because of MC not even winning a single battle

Really defying expectation but in a different way. They raise the stake on Bird even higher so that I can't even think how I'll react when he actually win for real. Now the million dollar question is will he get any single win in season 2, or do we have to wait until season 3?

That ending was so left turn that it made me so mad. I honestly think the outcome of the title match was a bit disgusting.

Agree also it really sucks that Birds "unique" style is to coping the people around him... As if losing wasn't lame enough now he is a copy cat.

Atleast with Kakashi he was a prodigy at a young age. In Birds case he is below average with his only unique trait is not giving up. For a shounen show it's not a bad message. The show has have even hinted to Birds growth as a blader (by facing the ai robot chick to max power and almost winning. Plus the Grandma mentioning his latent potential.)

However, when reading between the lines in a show where everyone is shown their own unique characteristics (Bey-style) being able to imitate other people's style is such a lame cop out. So if and when Bird gets a win it will be due to mimicking someone else rather than his own skill and talent. Making all his effort and desire shown within the show to be the best meaningless.

of course they can't go to the top on season one.
season 2 it's where the real battles will begin.
you know what i want on the end of beyblade x? a mach between x and bird,after they get on the top of the tower.

Best season/arc ending ever

Having seen all the hardwork Kazami has done to improve himself even from being a zero win beyblader was the making of a real champ representing the talentless
I also expected him to lose the match but win the battle in terms of showing his growth and progressive potential to being a greater beyblader to be on par (or maybe even surpass) those he idolize/imitates

Even though it isn't fun that Bird lost, I do think it was handled in the best way possible, and the message is genuinely good.

This episode managed to pay off a lot of my frustrations I've had for like 30-some episodes. I'm not sure it was worth it, but I appreciate the pay off.

@Anurag29 he's not the MC, Ex Kurosu is the MC. and so, bird has no chances of winning in the future because of this fact.

decent ending to the season, still probably the weakest gen of beyblade so far imo, and I have my gripes with it. But I liked it enough to watch the next season, will wait til it's fully dubbed tho.
