Swords with fire? The sword styles in demon slayer are invisible and I don’t think actually burn (don’t quote me on that I haven’t seen season 3) where as in hells paradise the fire doesn’t wrap the sword and it also burns

I can understand where you’re getting the idea from at a surface level glance, but the actual content of the stories differ greatly.

Nope, the stories and power systems are not the same

No, I think the guy saying it's suicide squad was right. Now add hamon (your chi/ki/mana) system of choice and that's what combat is about. The story is enticing, so far has not disappointed, just give it a try. (Character is a bit OP, but it works out)

I don't think anyone in Jigokuraku is using sword "with flames". The only flames were used by Gabimaru but he isn't using a sword.
Jigokuraku is rather "grounded" as there's no "demons" outside of the island while in demon slayer demons are spread around whole Japan (world maybe?).

They're not similar at all. Going but path of similarities we could say that Gintama and Jigokuraku are similar because they have samurai and white haired protagonist. And they are not.

Only common thing about these two are that they’re mid asf but at least DS has beautiful visuals and animation to make it worth while

No, in this aspect, these two shows differ from each other a lot by a huge margin. Both offer really cool looking action sequences, but each of them has different take on presenting action, special techniques, and what is their place in the story.

The DS author said the powers aren't just invisible, but that they are not actually there at all. which is weird cuz sometimes characters will react as if they're electrocuted by zenitsu or something... maybe the author just forgot idk.

Its demon slayer but with less annoying characters more supernatural elements, more gross designs for monsters and an ensemble of side characters who you will grow attached to only for the show to remind you it is willing to kill anyone and everyone,

The author said neither of those things. What was said was that the swordsmen are not producing the actual element, but the effects are still visible and felt by people watching.

But it's not...

I read both the manga of Kimetsu and Jigokuraku. You are definitively far from the truth. Abilities as a general work in totally different ways.

Such a disrespect to Hell's paradise and really ds was not even good enough until ep 19 & even after ep 19 everything became shit.
why does kids these days act like ds is the first show to introduce sword.
Breathing are also invisible & that alone makes so many plot holes.

They suffer from similiar issues but overall they are pretty different.

But they both love to fill everything with just FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT while the rest suffers from that and giving characters  cookie cutter sobstories 5 minutes before they die
