Also I would like to mention that shinobu at no 1 because she basically took down singlehandedly, with very little support from 2 non hashiras.
You are free to contradict me logically, please nothing like "its written in manga", because manga tells of physical strength and face off not fighting against demon rankings.
Also I may agree to swap no 1 and 2 but other than that its fixed, but i respect your opinion if you have a different ranking, just please contradict logically, without any hate.

Also poison and swordsmanship count as skills and in battle between physical strength and skill, skill tends to dominate.

Also she isn't last, she is just shown to be last because physically she is weak.
At the end [spoiler] when tanjiro attains selfless state and then when fighting muzan, he is the strongest , more than any hashira but he is not physically strongest, its his skills.
