| I did not like it at all. I watched subbed then checked out clips of the dub after. The thing with Gojo is that he is a playful character who when he gets serious, things get serious. In the subbed, his voice has a great tone that fits playful and serious In the dubbed, he always sounds like he is playful but never serious in the serious moments. |

| The Jujutsu Kaisen dub sounds janky and awkward like nearly every English dub. His Japanese VA is amazing and I love how he balances Gojo's goofier and more serious moments. Simply unparalleled. I personally can't stand his English voice, but you do you, boo. |

Its just that Japanese VAs are better and also more mainstream, while english voice actors are less experienced. Most good english VAs work for big studios like Disney, they don’t do Anime dubbing. Also Goku english VA > Goku Japanese VA. at the end of the day it is a matter of taste if you like the voice of english voice actors or not.also i’m pretty sure once you’ve watched a couple episodes of dubbed anime you’re getting used to it and something that bothered you about the dub at first, doesn’t matter to you much anymore as time goes on, as you watch it. |

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating. |
| I prefer sub and agree that it's better most of the time but I don't understand why all the dub haters here have to be so fucking hyperbolic and feel the need to pretend like dubs are just bad when that's just a delusional thing to think. Modern day dubs are made by professionals and most are at the very least "fine," it's very rare that I see one that's actually bad. On the topic itself, JJK dub wasn't anything groundbreaking but thought it was fine, didn't really have any problem with the voices, including Gojo. |
