Well my head canon is that since inosuke has some mad instinct he sensed gyutaro coming but since he couldn’t dodge it he moved his heart. Inosuke is shown to be able to dislocate his body parts and is super flexible, adding the fact he can change his organs place isn’t really much tbh. But it is still plot armor.

And no I don’t think they will change it.

It's one of the biggest armor plots in this series. But it doesn't bother me, inosuke who fights with the mask is quite unique. I think some haters are gonna make a thread about it. Most manga readers definitely won't take care of the strings. lol

Moving a heart is not a plot Armour.. it is his ability because his body structure and his behaviour is like a wild animal...I think in 100 chapter they mention it that his body structure is something like a some special type of boar.Animal Imitation: Due to growing up with boars in the mountains, Inosuke adopted their habits and started incorporating it into his fighting styles. ... This flexibility additionally extends to his internal organs, as he was able to shift his heart and avoid it being pierced in the fight against Daki and Gyutaro

If it was out of no where it'd be plot armor. But Inouske always had the ability to dislocate his body parts so I wouldn't call it plot armor. What could be called plot armor is the whole mark power thing. Although it seems ufotable was keeping it consistent throughout the series by gradually making scar larger (I personally didn't notice but a few reactors I've seen noticed it)

It's the worst plot armour I have ever seen, so i am gonna laugh, and it won't degrade flights, because actually the flights has been good because of amazing animation and soundtracks, I don't find anything more in them

But , bro literally moving art is the worst, i ain't gonna make threads but literally new episode will be a joke among people, because moving some muscle and internal organs??? There's a huge difference between them
And also inouske is a human and Muzan is a demon

it was never stated only demons could do it though. We just know it’s a possibility. Inosuke is probably the closest human to a demon other than genya anyway.
