Should i watch the anime first or read the manga first?

So first season covers 37 chapters of the manga and the 2nd season covers from 38 to 58. overall 58 chapters. I am an anime only fan, so i want to watch the anime first. But once i finish the anime i have to read the manga anyway as the anime covers only 58 chapters. I dont read manga that much, so i have to drag myself to the 58th chapter if i watch the anime first as i would have already known the story by then, I may even lose my interest. So you guys tell. What should i do? Should i read the manga first or watch the anime? Which is better? The anime looks soooo good. but Also i dont want to bother myself reading the same chapters that the anime had adapted.

edit: it seems my info is wrong. i got it from google. im thinking to read the manga first because i wont watch any anime till 28th november.

First of all you are completely wrong. The second season basically skipped a 100 chapters and ended the series in a bad way.

So watch season 1 and continue from chapter 38 in the manga

So, I recommend you to watch the whole anime first (seasson 1 and 2) and then read the whole manga, that is what I did, the seasson 2 isn't like in the manga but you can watch it. But you can also watch first the 1 seasson, read all the manga and then 2 anime season

Watch the anime first. If you read the manga first you'd have high expectations going into season 2, which is quite frankly subpar.

well i got it from google that second season animated 38 to 58. idk if it is wrong. anyway the 2nd season really skipped 100 chapters!! da fuk.

Whatever you do. Don't watch the second season. Just skip it. Read the manga or watch the first season and then read the manga.

It's my understanding that s1 does a solid job of adapting, or even if it doesn't its compelling in its own right.

S2 however is just a disaster zone even without considering the manga. After only a few episodes in I already felt that it was a disjointed mess and nothing like s1. Turned out they immediately started skipping giant pieces of content, and s2 ends with a slide show of basically all the content they skipped with no explanation about any of it.

So, I'd say watch s1, then read the manga from there. It's what I wish I would have done at the time, I just didn't know how much they cut and changed until that abysmal slideshow lmao

And watch season 1 then start reading the manga from chapter 38

then watch season 2 after completing the manga coz season 2 is shit and all but it's ending is more satisfying than tha manga

Your info is wrong , season 2 covered 144 chapters (and ended TPN anime wise means no season 3) in 12eps that's the secret of the love it gets

Read the manga first, then stop where season 1 stops, watch it because it’s good and worth it, then continue where the manga left off. You can then watch season 2, but it will most probably be disappointing...

TPN's manga is the 1st manga I ever read and I really enjoyed it. This is what I did:

I saw the 1st season.
Saw the 2nd season and got disappointed.
Read the manga starting from chapter 37 (that's where season 1 ends).

I recommend watching S1 first, then continuing with the manga(starting in Chapter 38) for the rest of the story. That is what I did and It was very a fulfilling experience. Watching S2 before reading the Manga would be an insult but watching it after reading the manga is also an insult for a different reason.
You’ll really miss out if you decide not to read the Manga and watch S2 instead.

Honestly, I recommend starting the manga from the beginning, because even though season 1 is mostly a faithful adaptation there’s still some things it left out. As everyone else has said, don’t watch season 2! The manga may go downhill a bit in later chapters, but season 2 is waaaaayyy worse!

Watch the first season and read from there… DO NOT watch the 2nd season. They skipped an insane amount of chapters and added anime only content that ruined the series.

I'd suggest you to watch the 1st season of TPN and then switch to the manga. The second season isn't even worth the try.

I think you can watch the 1st season. After that, you should read manga instead of 2nd season, because 2nd season it's completely different from the manga. (Tpn manga is better than anime)

Watch it all and after u finish it u can read the manga from chapter 38 i think (where the s1 ends) s1 si really good imo but s2 is a bug L because of the ending

NO! First watch the 1st season then read the Manga. I've read and watched both the first season as well as the manga and as for me, the experience from the Anime is a million times better than the Manga. If you're planning to watch season 2, watch it AFTER you have completed the full Manga.

Watch season 1 only or simply read the entire manga, s2 is just pure disaster or an abomination to the franchise. If you watch both seasons before the manga, you will be spoiled because of the s2 that speed runs everything.

Reviewing is not easy.
