bruh they barely left out anything, it’s almost perfectly adapted besides a handful of minor characterisation scenes and some small worldbuilding scenes at the start of the Uprising arc. It’s a miracle they adapted the manga this well, to be honest.

Season 4 part 1 ends at chapter 116. Part 2 will continue from 117 to the end which will probably be only around 8 episodes.

Final season part one starts from chapter 91 or 90 and ends on chapter 116. 2nd part will pick up from 116 and end on 139.

the anime ends on the first page of 117 but theres an important detail about levi and zeke that's skipped and will show up in part 2 so i recommend you start from 114 or 115

I'm pretty sure they left out Levi's fate which was supposed to reveal in episode 16.They may reveal it in the next season tho.So it will be best if Op starts from 116.
