Episode 14 was full of such ambitious storyboarding and it might even be the most ambitious of the season so far

It was a good episode. There was inconsistent art at some points, like at the table scene, but overall it was good. The beast titan fight was well- done imo. The only issue I had was the cgi usage with both the background and the beast titan. There were some extremely awkward shots with the cg beast titan, but I'm not hating or anything. Hopefully they deliver in WFP, hopefully the first chapter or so of that arc gets adapted in the last episode.

Direction was amazing and honest I’m not even complaining about anything about this episode. Can people chill with the complaints? Like honestly focus on the story itself don’t just look at the cgi and say “AHHHHH SHIT ABSOLUTELY RUINED” like AOT still has quality content Rn and just focusing on the story is fun itself

When I watched jjk ep7 with my brother back in November I said “look how good animated the fight is, aot will look like that“, then they announced titans will be in cgi but that’s fine to me really, and then the scouts were also cgi that was... well the suits are complex but Levi wasn’t cgi. But there weren’t any good freelancers and that even this fight was maybe a 7/10 animation wise is just underwhelming and kinda disappointing too because it’s the best arc. No hate to the staff to put up this quality in that time is insanely good. But it doesn’t change the fact that even Boruto filler fights have good animation. Every episode that came out with subpar animation (in comparison to previous seasons) I thought okay the effort is here and there but dunno, it is what it is and they Blu-ray won’t change anything significantly because the first volume will come out in may and the second in July. Literally no time
