Attack on Titan
 I never thought that was possible as the previous seasons average around 10k, we are just half way in and this season has caused more discussion than season 1, I think a big contribution for this is the change of studio. Nothing big, but interesting nonetheless, it shows the passion/interest in the final seaosn. |

| With half of the posts being like "They should have played my fap song there", "Oh, noes, bad CGI", "Oh, noes, crazy camera", "Oops, i jizzed my pantsu at that sight/song", etc. Quantity over quality... |

| That's a given tbh. Not just the controversy. The MAL and online community in general has grown more and more over the years. When I signed up at the end of 2016, I think only Death Note had 1mio members and AoT was close too. Today, a bit more than 4 years leater we got 66 anime with over 1mio users. And Death Note is sitting at over 2,5mio |

SnK was in the gutter 2 years ago before S3P2 happened. Just out curiosity, does any other season in any other anime have as many posts? Edit - Nevermind, Only One Piece (70000) and HxH (55000) have more posts. |

One Piece has about 70k and HxH has over 55k. Re:Zero S1 has just under 50k as well. |

I remember season 3 part 2 only had 40.000 votes in the first half Not even 1/4 of the current season rn High ratings of season 3 part 2 bringed back the hype of Aot |
