You can go to nyaa.si and specify 'literature' on the search options then type in nier .... Should show up
Only the first volume ('Long Story Short'...https://youtu.be/zAW7PAGIhUk ) has been released in English ..
The second one ('short story long') is to be released some time this year if I remember correctly...the dates were somewhere
There are places to buy it but that's not an available option to some of us
