| https://myanimelist.net/anime/851/Kyou_kara_Ore_wa Kyou Kara Ore Wa Two guys attempt to remake themselves in the image they want to be. One of a hero, the other of a delinquent. Both are branded as delinquents and incidentally feared by everyone. Neither is really a terrible guy though. It's mostly a comedy, with dramatic parts. The fights are often comedic but serious in nature. It has dramatic parts, and badass parts. |

There are a bunch of delinquents in Baccano! of various sorts. Most of them are hilarious. |
