Tanya originally rejected the concept of a Creator by arguing that no benevolent, all-powerful being would permit human suffering, and that humanity's accomplishments were achieved by rationality; at the end Tanya speaks of putting the arrogant God out of business for imposing his trials upon humanity, and begins to recognize the flaw in her perception of rationality (originally she believed the war could end once the countries came to the rational conclusion that fighting the Empire was bad, she's shifted to recognizing the importance of addressing the emotional part of humanity).

So while Tanya still hates Being X, she might actually be drifting toward accepting he is the Creator (albeit as a malevolent one rather than a benevolent one) and over the course of the conflict she will eventually recognize using violence to extinguish the flames of hatred doesn't work (much like how she learned her lesson on how to treat subordinates after reincarnating).
