 It was announced that manga Ajin will get a live action movie for 2017. The protagonist, Kei Nagai is a medical intern in the live action movie, with his age adjusted to match that of Takeru Satoh (Live-action Rurouni Kenshin), his actor. The movie will be directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro (Chief Director of Psycho-Pass Movie). The action team of live-action Rurouni Kenshin movie trilogy will also join the production.Ajin is drawn by Gamon Sakurai, and has been serialized in good! Afternoon magazine since March 2012. | I really like the anime series but I am afraid it will not be adapted well if live action. Especially the Ajin form. But well, it is from the Rurouni Kenshin movie team so they might make it good. P.S: and hopefully One OK Rock will do the music again. |
| I was like "whatever" when I saw this, but then seeing that this will be done by the Rurouni Kenshin team and Kenshin's actor will be a part of it too made me interested in this. Never mind the fact that Nagai is going to be a medical intern instead of a high school student, I hope this will be good. |

| The Black Ghosts are the only good thing in CGI, so that's fine. I bet it's going to be better than the anime. Hopefully they'll make more than just 1 movie, so they can adapt the plane scene. |

I hope too! I have a big faith with the Rurouni Kenshin movie team since it is the only live action adaptation so far that did not suck. Oh, almost forgot. 2nd will be the Chihayafuru live action which was actually pretty good too. |
