A story can't survive on action alone :3
And the buildup in a mere single-cour anime can't be too long, unless you have a short attention span :P

Would you be surprised if I told you I've also completed the drama CDs? :P

Hehe knew it :3
What drama CDs? You mean the specials?

Its better than most rpg-setting animu, I have to admit. It looks meh compared to KonoSuba, but then again, KonoSuba is god tier :3

Hell nahh

O_______O
Somehow I dont believe u, oppai-kun :c

It's so funny that everyone's saying now that KonoSuba is the saviour of anime when people shat on it so hard for generic setting and Deen xD

Then I win >:3

Koneko is best loli :3
Maria from Testament was also pretty good, I think that's who I meant.

Generic setting? Hmmm....
No.
I think it made fun of everything rpg related and whatnot :3

Ok. :)
Tell me more about OP, i dont wanna live with a stereotype that its #PlotArmor and that it follows a *straight line* kinda plot, without plot twists or anything interesting :3

Succubi loli, ehhh~? :>

I usually undersleep by nearly 2 hours regardless of alarm clock :P

Yeah, well it did work more or less as I had internet on the VMs. However the internet would constantly disconnect and then reconnect causing lots of pages that won't load on the first few times, or youtube videos not buffering when necessary etc :3
Now it works properly, and that already makes the linux experience 10x better :3

I don't get out of bed as soon as I wake up though, rather than waiting 2 hours down stairs I might just as well stay in bed for a while right? :3

I changed the adapter settings. Virtualbox had set it to NAT so I had to change that to a bridged adapter. Which is strange because it used to work the first time I started up virtualbox ^^

And that's what happened today. Doesn't usually happen though since I'm very bad at sleeping xD

Oh was just messing around with some kde customizations, set a custom wallpaper after cutting some edges off it with gimp etc :3

Apart from that I was looking at some forums etc for distro information to see what manjaro is like, but I'm not too sure what to think of that ^^

Thus far it's pretty nice. Since it's the LTS version of kubuntu though I don't have the newest version, and there are a few bugs that I've encountered that may or may not have been fixed in the newer versions, but apart from that it's pretty neat :3

I do have a few problems though that I hope are related to the fact that it runs in a VM like certain software not running at all regardless of how I open them, which I tested is the same in linux mint as well.

Manjaro having access to the AUR seems useful as you don't have the pain of ppa's to worry about, but having to compile from source seems less appealing xD

Wait, so you used the old LTS version from 2014? There is a new one out for 1,5h months now already :o

What software would that be? In my Kubuntu VM everything worked after some problems with installing and starting it beforehand xD

Yeah it's either PPAs or do everything yourself... I rather have PPAs then ^^

Nah, not that old :P
It uses kde 5.5 while the newest kde is 5.6.4 iirc :3

I haven't tested all of the software on the different VMs, but on kubuntu I can't open gufw (I like having a firewall enabled, and one that has a gui), it just shows a tab in the taskbar quickly and then without the window appearing immediately disappears again, regardless of whether I launch it through the gui or the terminal. I could enable/disable the regular ufw in the terminal though :3
While in mint I couldn't open the audio settings menu iirc.

I just like the idea of being able to find everything in 1 place rather than having to try and find a potentially dangerous ppa, but compiling from source seems even more problematic xD

So you're using a two months old version and call it "old"? xD

No idea what gufw is, a firewall? I thought you had some problems with standard applications which worked for me.
Dunno about Mint ^^

Arch and Gentoo users will assure you that compiling yourself is easy and fast though :3

Okaeri~ :3

Nah, I just said that it's not the newest version of kde :P

It's a gui application that lets you use the default ubuntu firewall (ufw) which is disabled by default without needing to go into the terminal for it :3

Of course they will, they're used to it after all xD

And now it's time for my lunch~ :3

It's not a massive difference sure, but they've added a few features to it and of course fixed bugs. And as I said, there were a few bugs that I came across that I know aren't caused by the VM, so those may or may not have been fixed in 5.6 :3

And yet I had no problem enabling the regular cli version ^^

Yeah they seem to have an "official" ppa for things like that :3

I also noticed that kubuntu's max audio volume is much lower than that of mint, too low. Yet on the contrary mint seems to get too loud for the drivers to handle or something because of extreme audio clipping xD

There's some nice linux memes out there too :3
