Anyone know a website where I can learn the basics of drawing hentai manga with some step by step guide to get me used to it?
I'd appreciate it if you could help me out. Thank you.

I don't think there's a specific site for that.
Just practice figure drawing, but with porn pictures, that should be a good starting point.
How good are you at anatomy and perspective? Both of those things seem like they'd come up often in hentai drawing.

I would suggest using this website: http://www.slideshare.net/hikikomoristk/how-to-draw-hayashi-hikaru-techniques-for-drawing-female-manga-characters-hentai

You may be able to gleam knowledge from this website and use your creativity to apply the teachings here to unclothed characters.

I don't think there's much difference between drawing regular manga and hentai one.

Well actually yes. I been watching Hentai ever since the beginning of middle school, with regular anime, it's just a storyline that consists of some type of protagonist and antagonist that exist thru a based of magic, strength, gunnery, or school related justice that can either benefit the moral of the show or some major boss defeat. Hentai is special anime that gives more of a sexually erotica based storyline that keeps on 1-5 (sometimes more than 6) ppl that will perform either denial, self-adhesive, lustful, and/or complicated situations that will never happen in regular anime.

Most of us will accidentally get these types mixed up because the creators makes the outfits similar to each other and because some regular anime will have hidden little things that will try to reference Hentai

Study female body anatomy and the body proportions of anime-style characters well if you're serious about this. Also study male body too unless if you only want to draw Yuri Hentai.
I frown at recent installments of Persona and Trails of Cold Steel that introduce harem-like elements in the story.

We need more JRPGs like the past Lunar series, where there are multiple romantic pairings in the party other than for the protagonist and main heroine.

I recommend studying drawing from life. Go take some life drawing classes online or in person. Tons of them are for free on youtube, etc.
Learn to draw realistically before you turn to style! That's the secret to art. Once you learn to draw the human form correctly then you can go and exaggerate the form and make changes. Jumping straight into a manga style right away might cause you some issues.

To learn how to draw porn is no different than learning how to draw anything else, and since porn doesn't contain 100% only genitals organs and their periodical exchange between each other, so, because of that, it would be better to just learn how to draw everything. (or at least as much as you possibly can)

Umm, drawing body anatomy is the same regardless if it's realistic style or manga style. No issues would be caused if he jumped straight into a manga style since once body anatomy drawing is mastered, you will only be left with how to master learning to draw realistic faces if you absolutely need to draw realism faces. As for me, I am only interested in manga faces, as I can only fap to manga Moe art faces and not realism faces, so I do things out of necessity and my own preferences/needs. The only way I'd be drawing realistic faces in the future is if someone paid me a huge sum of money to draw it for them LOL. Body anatomy is the same in both styles, so the only difference are the eyes, minimalistic nose and lips, and head proportion in manga style. For example, I used a ruler to measure and found anime girls full body for teens are around 6 heads of proportion measured from the end of the first head or chin then going below to the feet. 6 heads proportion. An exception to that rule would be loli characters or younger kids below 10, which are 4 or 5 heads proportion if I am not mistaken ?

Logically, the limbs must also be drawn with equal measurements with the joints at the center and if I am not mistaken, the hands must end somewhere below the waist near the groin area for both arms as how real life limbs should be otherwise the arms would be too short or too long and unproportionally unbalanced for the body. Shoulder length for both sides also needs to be the same, so when drawing we must keep a ruler always ready by our side. I draw the body anatomy like how it should be, but I never draw the eyes, lips and nose realistically but only manga style, and still they look cute enough. Drawing good and sexy facial expressions is also very important, as we can know how sexy and arousing a female character can look when they show an euphoric pleasure-filled expression when they climax in a H-manga.

But to make them do other complex sexual poses or positions, we all need to master drawing full body anatomy and perspective, especially if you want to draw 2 or more characters interacting with each other. By the way, I will only draw the face in Moe style as I only find cute Moe art better for visual novels. Also, drawing clothes and hairstyle well is also important. To get better at drawing, it's good to first copy H-mangaka’s style first before you develop your own style.

As for the backgrounds in a H-manga or Visual Novel, if you only want to draw characters/people and lazy or uninterested to draw backgrounds, you can always hire an assistant to draw the backgrounds for you if you have the money to afford so. AFAIK in most VN projects, even for Western VN developers, they divide the art team into character illustrator and background illustrator, so if you have the funds, you could divide the artwork into such 2 people doing 2 different tasks, as I know background drawing is going to be tedious for people only interested in drawing anime wahmen and tiddies.... lmao..

Lastly, for tips and knowledge on how to learn to draw female body anatomy well, go to Youtuber Mikeymegamega's channel and watch his vids..... I am currently learning from his videos, and found drawing female bodies to be a bit much easier than before. I need to practice more by actually drawing, so to draw even better, I have to continue to draw more and more until I get better. Experience gaining is important. Since I am a male, I can't just go look at a mirror of my naked body for reference nor do I have a GF now to ask for her help to become my model, so his videos for drawing the female anatomy are very helpful so that I can one day make great and sexy fappable Hentai illustrations.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there. I can see where you're coming from, but if you're not learning the fundamentals of art first you will struggle greatly later. It will be a downfall. Especially when drawing the whole body in motion. An artist who studies the correct form of things will excel much quicker than someone else. I had to learn that the hard way myself.

We need to learn how to draw body anatomy of females well if we want to draw Hentai or just normal SFW character art for our own designed female characters.....and for that, Mikeymegamega's Youtube channel is a good place to study drawing female bodies and female hairstyles for anime/manga drawing.

As for tips on how to draw cute faces for female characters ( teens and high schoolers ), I find this Japanese site to be very useful in giving out tips on how to draw cute grills for Manga/Anime. The tips mentioned stuff about the younger the characters you need to draw, you make the head more rounder, and other stuff like eye positioning, eye shapes, et cetera.... Here is that Japanese site : https://www.clipstudio.net/oekaki/archives/151661

As for coloring, Mikeymegamega's videos have tutorials on how to do good coloring too, so do watch it for guidance.....

You could check out mikeymegamega channel for thick proportions and perspective. Also you could sketch from realistic pvideos for poses.
Plus using a hentai as a template may help you

The good thing about most Hentai manga is that they have good drawings of body anatomy, so it can be used as references too.

In comparison, some non-Hentai illustrations for LNs or Manga have worse body anatomy for some illustrators who suck at drawing body anatomy well, like this one >> https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51GXsSZVCTL._SX348_BO1,204,203,200_.jpg ( Look at the magician MC's too short arms LOL !!! ) I can't believe a poor drawing like that could get published as a Manga cover in Japan LMAO.

Based from my current experience in learning to draw Hentai, I must again reiterate the importance of a basic understanding of body anatomy and perspective, since if you don't have these, you will not go anywhere in drawing your own original character designs doing any kind of pose and position you want them to do from your own imagination.

Anyone can copy someone else's pose of any character or drawing using a real person doing a pose they want as a model for the body, and then design their own original character's faces, eye design and hair style, but a top-class illustrator can draw from their own imaginations as they know body anatomy, body mapping and perspective well.

Go to a hentai porn site on your own leisure and draw a couple full body references from there. If your having problems re learn female anatomy. If this don't work, trace construction lines on the figure(like drawing the cranium and jaw over the manga hand) and then practice it freehand

It's always advised that you focus on fundamentals and then stylize your art afterwards.
