| Such a great endind. The meeting of Chihiro and Renji at the train station, almost made me cry. I knew she wouldn't be able to forget him! =P Overall, this anime pure brilliant. I haven't watched something so good and beautiful for a while. It gets an obvious 10/10. |

| Watched all 12 in a row too =D I was originally drawn to it because im dating a twin haha. Iim a bit greatful our relationship isn't as confusing as theres though =) Great artwork, entertaining and passionate voice work, just a fantastic show, very easily recommended |
| Well I just finished watching this tonight and I must say it is one of my favorites. I had the tears start flowing in ep. 11 and they were pretty consistent until Chihiro told Renji it was impossible for her to not think about him within 13 hours (well there were still tears, but tears of joy). I was absolutely overjoyed when they embraced and Chihiro's chains broke. The rest of the ending was good as well but I wish we could have had just a little bit more time with Chihiro and Renji... But that is just me being greedy. |

| Well, all are stated in this topic. But just one question though: When Chihiro's chains broke, does it mean that she was healed from 13hours memory sickness? Since the chains represents the 13hours of memory, aiyt? All in all, I love this anime! It's really a masterpiece. I've never though I'll put another fave anime in my list. Since I'm not someone who puts top 10 of anime. I'll just put the anime in my fave if it really amazes me. And this show is really one of it! This deserves a 10/9.. Haha! Everytime I watch this, (although I'm not dramatic that I'll cry; I've never cried in an anime except in Elfen Lied where I didn't expect the tears to suddenly flow in my eyes, although I never felt like crying; it's just the tears suddenly flowed in my eyes.. I wonder what's wrong with this. haha!) I'll just have the same expression in my mind. "WOW!" I hope every anime is like this. Thank you SHAFT for the great job! |

| The ending was everything I expected and more. This series was absolutely amazing and definitely worthy of a spot as one of the best anime to come out of 2007. It's one I will definitely rewatch again in the near future to pick up details I may have missed. |

| I agree with you Leon-Gun, I also thought that it just meant that she couldn't forget that she loves him. I do feel that in turn meant that she wouldn't forget certain additional things that went along with knowing she loves him but she would still forget most things just as she always has since the accident. But not forgetting the one that you love would mean an awful lot, especially since she thought it wouldn't be something that she would ever be able to attain. |

| Awwwww... the ending was soooo... cute ! I felt like i should have cried, but no tears came out. Then again you could sorta tell that everything was goin to work out between Renji-kun and Chihiro from the op, coz instead of them all evaporating as usual, the got caught by thier companion. awww it was just sooooo cute !!! Damn it !!! i love this anime so much !!! now i'm going to have this in mind for days !!! i hate it when they end like this.... it makes me wonder why i couldnt have been just another character like them... Reality can be cruel... it may not be as perfect , You may not have a happy ending... damn i'm depressing myself again... i'm glad for renji though !!! |

| I'm actually surprised so many people dislike Kei. I was honestly disappointed when Miyamura was the one he chose. Anyway, the Renji / Chihiro love story was my favorite. I thought the ending was great, and the series was generally very good and heartwarming. I loved both the art and the music. |

| This is the absolute best ending episode I've ever seen. Even though I'm a guy, I'm not ashamed to admit that the last scene between Chihiro and Renji at the train station actually made me cry. My eyes have gotten watery a lot of times, but actual crying only one other time, and that was in Sailor Moon R when Serena breaks down in the phone booth. Course, i was a lot younger then too, hehe. |

| Wow, that whole series was so good. I'm glad that everyone was happy in the end and it was interesting to see that Kei and Miyako are on good terms. Will this be replacing FMA on my favorite anime list?...maybe. |

| That was such a good ending!!! I thought it was gonna be really sad and stuff... but it ended up really.... happy ^_^ That Anime gets a 9/10 fom me!!! *hears boo-ing* Yeah.. yeah -_-".... | I didn't feel much of an impact from this series. =/ Chihiro's voice was annoying for me, and the character art didn't really appeal to me. The ending was pretty good, but everything before that was boring (this is coming from a guy who really liked True Tears). 7/10 |

| ef made me think a bit, so that's good. I have a lot of questions about this show. It's weird how I can't see myself re-watching this in the future although I liked it a lot... maybe that means it has a lot of re-watch value? I know that Hirono's story was needed was needed for pacing, contrasts etc. to go along with Chihiro and Renji's story but it still seems kinda useless. I can't really tell which characters I like and some I don't. I think htta means they are all really good. Hmm... Anyways, 8/10 from me. Watched it so I could catch "melodies" and I'm glad I did. It looked nice, sounded nice (except for Chihiro's seiyuu) and wasn't afraid to do whatever it wanted and needed to and had a lot of things I hadn't seen before. Not lacking anything except for the "amazing". Okay, it was supervised by Akiyuki Shibo. I felt the same way about SZS. I wonder if I should avoid his shows from now often? I guess it depends... |

| I wasn't really expecting the happy ending. This series had some moments in which I was saying wow. 9/10. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because for the first half of the series I didn't really get any of the directing. Towards the end I was able to understand the directing techniques, but in the beginning I was lost at times. |
| This anime earned a 10/10 from me. A masterpiece. The music of the show, especially, all of it fits absolutely perfectly with the anime's mood, it's just beautiful. |

| I really loved and ejoyed watching this!! This anime was directed beutifuly. The ending was perfect. My favorite part of this episode was, when Chihiro's pages were scattered and Renji went and hunted for them. Now Minori is my 2nd favorite Game author company, right after Key. And I believe, and hope, that they will make 2 other anime seasons of Ef that will cover the rest of the Game's chapters, other than Ef- A Tale of Melodies which is airing right now. 6/5. A perfect ending for Act One. |

| Very satisfying story. It gets a 10 :) I started it because the art was so beautiful... but the plot delivered as well. The whole deletion of messages is unforgivable though. That's incredibly heartless if you take into account how frantically and in what tone she was leaving the messages. |
| Perfect. I think before started to watch episode 12 that "I hope they won't ruin the whole series with a stupid ending." and they didn't. Most of the good series I watched progressed good but ended with a stupid ending or progressed silly and ended with a good ending, but this series succeed to make both of them perfect. It was a good ending, good series. 10/10 from me. |

| I'm so terribly happy for them. Renji and Chihiro that is. It couldn't have turned out better. I had heard much about the ef series and descided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Not only the art was beautiful and unique, every single character was interesting and I started to love them as the anime progressed. It could all have been ruined by a overly dramatic or cliched ending, but I like it as it turned out. I'm giving it a ten for now, since it had me both crying of sadness and happyness, laughing at loud, screaming at the screen and it made me think about life, and realise how lucky I am or how unlucky I could have been. I may be overreacting, but this is how it touched me. |

| iam so happy with that ending, because the emotional rollercoaster ive gone thru... it was really heartbeating and deeply touching and because of that i couldnt have stand a other ending then that. i was suprised to see such a fitting ending, with the plot moving towards an dark age for renji&chihiro but in the end both of their hard work paid off and thats all i wanted. i also liked the way hiro&miyako ended up overall i wasnt expecting this to happen but secretly wishing for this! i wanted to give it a 10 because its really a masterpiece but for now iam giving it a 9 because i need some time think about every aspect of that show :) |

AWESOME, a beautiful ending, the reunion with Chihiro was greatly incorporated, even after collecting a lot of papers he discovers she still has memories of it, then we go to Hirono who seems to be having an enjoyable life and all the characters at the end then the final meeting with "Yu-kun" =O on to the second season I go =D |

| This series could be explained with one word alone: EPIC Of course, the ending was total <33. Every episode made me want to cry.. even with this one. I'm really wondering if Chihiro and Renji aren't the main pairings because they always seem to get the focus XP Anyways, my OTP is Chihiro x Renji if you haven't noticed. I love how everything turned out the way it supposed to be in the ending. Normally, in love stories it would be such an open-minded ending! Glad this one ain't like those.. :3 |

| It's funny, though, the last few weeks after finishing ef my opinion of it has dulled. It was one of those shows that was good, but it didn't leave a lasting impression imo. So, an 7/10 instead. |
