Nah I'm not sure we'd want German or broken English in the middle of a kickass scene.

hence the "weirdo" part. :P

In all seriousness though, I'd be cool with any composer.

It's the OPs/EDs I'm more picky with.

Also weirdly enough, I want something like this in a confrontation/fight scene XD

Out of curiosity, who would you prefer for the OPs/EDs for this anime?

You know what, I just dont care.
I just hope for ost and OP/EDs with the quality of FZ, FSN VN(all ports) and Fate/Unlimited code.

I dont want remakes that are worse than the originals(DEEN) or new tracks of questionable quality.

It seems the composer is confirmed to be Hideyuki Fukasawa, the lead compositor of Mahoutsukai no Yoru. That's good. He is more a diverse composer and he have composed better tracks than Kajiura. Aoko's main theme is an example. I can't wait to hear her version of EMIYA.

Sure, why not?

It would also make it more connected to Fate/Zero in a way.

But even if she isn't in new Fate anime, it's fine.

There is no F/SN adaptation without an Emiya theme. Especially when said adaptation is supposed to be UBW.

Huh. Okay, then. The music in the PV was quite awesome so I have no complaints.

Hideyuki is great at majestic action-sounding tracks. Obsessed with violins, synths, electronic music and guitars. It still has chants, but its not overused and sounds different. Also unlike Kajiura Yuki, Fukasawa has actual variety in his works.

Haga Keita originally did the RN tracks. KATE, James Harris and hil rearranged the tracks for the Realta Nua reproduction album.

Yes please.

OnT: I don't care much about Kajiura not being involved in the new F/SN soundtrack; as long as we get a good portion of the VN's BGM I'm good.

Strange, the version that i got is credited to him, but KATE did the original soundtrack, so is possible that they credited her and cia for the original version of the soundtrack, and he did the 2012 version.

For example:

深澤秀行 - [Fatestay night[Realta Nua]Soundtrack Reproduction Disc1 CD01 #01] EMIYA #LEGACY

深澤秀行 = Hideyuki Fukasawa

Edit: i checked VGMdb and i'm very confused, wtf.

Hideyuki Fukasawa didn't work on any FSN project, though. His first collaboration with Type-Moon was Mahoyo.

Might want to add, to avoid confusion, Haga Keita is using the pen name KATE. But when James Harris and KATE work together, they are called NUMBER 201. These two + hil also did the FSN OST from 2004.

And yes, Fai, if you read this, SPOILER TAG the youtube videos. Goddamn annoying.

Oh right, but why he is credited in the japanese version of the rip ? that is still a mystery to me.

I have no idea. Probably a mistake of the ripper. EMIYA LEGACY was composed and arranged by NUMBER 201 for instance.

Correct. Seems like I forgot this track, though composed is not really the right word.
