| Hey, how's everybody doin? Just got done with my lists. I'm a HUGE Anime/Manga fan, have been for about 3 years now. I'm an aspiring Comic/Manga Artist, and currently working on a Manga, I hope to have something to pitch by the end of this year. I like to meet new peeps, so give me a holler if ya want. I'm open for recommendations, just look at my lists to see my tastes. I'll gladly give them as well, just ask. Off to watch some Glass Fleet (Freaking Awesome BTW!!). Oh, and P.S. | Just out of curiosity...why dubs only? Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing - I tend to be the same way. ^_^ I'm just wondering what made you decide you preferred dubs over subs? And what would it take for you to make an exception (if anything)? |
| Well, I just think when you watch subs, it keeps you from really being able to get lost in the Anime like you can in a dub. You spend too much time reading, and not actually watching the animation. I've watched some subs, and I just can't get into it like I can on dubs. But if it's good enough, (and hasn't been dubbed -_-), I'll watch it subbed...Monster is a good example, I watched it in Subs, and it was awesome, granted it's a mystery/thriller Anime, so not a lotta action to miss. I'm not totally against subs, I just prefer to watch dubs. Urahara Out!! |

| Lol, yea I get a lotta crap for the whole "Urahara Out!!" thing, guess it's just a habit. Thanks, I'm workin real hard on this Manga, It's a Shonen/battle manga, I'm thinkin of naming it "Beast Mode", I thinks it's gonna be good. Ppl always ask me about that Simon Avi, I think it must be from a special or one of the movies, cause everybody says they didn't see it in the anime, I honestly can't remember, I've seen way to many animes to remember details like that...Urahara Out!!! About the Urahara Out thing, you already added it to your signature, so you don't need to type it at the end of each post, as it'll automatically show up at the bottom. Otherwise it just looks like you're saying it twice. And as for your favorites, you can put Trigun too if you want, you can have up to five favorites on that favorite anime tab on your profile. No need to force yourself to one over the other. Welcome! |
