| Pretty good episode. Misa was caught by L and the task force under the suspicion of being the second Kira after her hairs and fibers were matching with the envelopes. She did cover some of her tracks, but not all of them, definitely shows an inexperienced criminal compared to Light who would think of every little detail possible if he was to involve himself in stuff like that. She does however not speak of any truth about the Death Note, Shinigami or even Light being the other Kira since she wanted to protect Light that much, to the point where she didn't mind wanting to die herself with her secret or even lose memories of the Death Note and Shinigami by relinquishing ownership to Rem, which happens in the end as Rem threatens Light that Rem would kill him if he didn't save Misa at least. Interesting stuff overall, and L's suspicions further grew a bit of Light given his multiple girlfriends where one of them could have been the second Kira, making him a primary suspect now. He has to dig himself out of that too. |

| Okay so Light is using Misa and L, not surprising. LOL, L pretending to fanboy over Misa while Light is plotting murder. Interesting how they start to show Light wearing black (when I'm pretty sure he usually wore white). When Light offered earlier on to go under constant surveillance L said it would be a human rights violation. I understand they don't know how Misa's or Kira's powers work but this isn't a human rights violation the way they're holding her? |

| I hope that Light saying goodbye to Ryuk doesn't mean he's leaving the series, I don't think it'd feel the same without Ryuk |

| And finally, the first meeting between the three of them happened. L ultra-awkward both in front of Misa and the other people and with those phone calls, but whatever he had her arrested just minutes after. That torture is cruel, but at this point everyone knows L has no standards either. Great twist in the final seconds and something is happening sooner than expected. |
