I've been working out for a few months and became a bit inflexible in the process which is rather annoying, but when I look online for stretching guides I see hundreds that all say the others are dangerous and ineffective D: I was wondering if anyone in the MAL community has a regiment that they find the most effective? I'm a 20yr old male that weighs 170lbs if that matters :)

The absolute best thing you can do is DDP Yoga.

I'm a fan of doing it legally, but I'm sure you can find a copy of the discs on the internet

Stretch your neck with a rope. Or just go swimming, swimming is also good.
