| GDH officially denied the report of Nikkei Newspaper about the reduction of GONZO's creators. According to Nikkei Quick News, Iwakaze Capital refused to accept 900 million yen of GDH's preferred stocks. GDH was announced to receive 1.9 billion yen from Iwakaze though the stock trading but about half of the funds failed to reach GDH. They faces again the situation that the amount of debt is in excess of their total asset. GDH also announced that it will absorb GONZO and change its name into GONZO.
