(If this is in the wrong place, move it please.)

Well, I just submitted another review, after a LONG time. My review of Chobits is a bit of a lackluster one and I've just noticed a few grammar errors in my Evangelion review.
Otherwise, I'm looking to see how I can improve.

Here are my criticisms: The structure is too rigid, the opening exposition is unnecessary, the review should be framed around how you responded to the show and not what the show comprise. I am not a fan of reviews that go through characters, story, animation, sound... like a check list. I want to know why you spent a paragraph each describing the 4 characters; you described them but you didn't explain how they are important to the story, and more importantly how they affected your impression of the story as a whole.

Well, I don't want too many spoilers in my reviews. I also want to present something "neutral" in sense. Giving both pros and cons.
MAL's character limit also restricted things.

MAL has a character limit? Surprised I haven't hit it yet, as my reviews tend to be long.
Well, I really liked your Eva review. Maybe talk a little more about the story, half of your review was describing the characters.

Maybe it was just my phone. But I'll try to do better with future reviews.

First off, there is no character limit when you are writing reviews on MAL.
Second off, I find both of your reviews quite nice. What I would like to point out thought is the presentation. Try erasing a few lines in your review for Chobits and make it more like the Evangelion.

The Chobits one will be left alone. In a way, this would show (in the future), where I started from and how much I've changed.

I was only saying that you could remove some lines of space, not the content.
