After how many eps of the TV-Series can i watch this ova?
Do i need a certain number?the total 161 episodes? or just any random number of eps?

The OVAs were all made and released after the TV seasons and the first 2 movies ended.

but as for the relation to the actual order of chapters in the original manga, they were all shuffled up throughout the entire anime anyway so it doesn't matter.
