| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Second episodes are tough, but it was still pretty enjoyable. We learned some stuff about the world that the characters exist in, but not too much in the ways of mega pretty visuals like in the previous episode. |
| I don't really get it. Were the guys on the fishing boats some manner of conspiracy theorists who were skeptic of the existence of magic, or was magic supposed to be some sort of lowkey secret? Or was magic just common knowledge, as it's just a club in school? It seems like magic is just a normal thing, albeit not completely understood by the general public. If magic is supposed to be a secret, it's a poorly kept secret. If magic is supposed to be a normal thing, then it's strange that it's not more common knowledge. Anyways, this series doesn't seem to be too serious about its rules and is content with goofing around, so I'll leave it at that. |
| Sae has really powerful magic, and is definitely a big help with the club. I wonder if Akane will eventually try showing up more, and take the club seriously? |
