DVD already up for purchase???

So Im looking for higurashi news on the net and then I come across this website. Sort of like a japanese ebay with the higuashi kaku OVA already up for purchase.

The price is at 5,000 yen
and according to the dvd's info, the movie will last 52 min.

Its only DVD so HD quality isn't expected :(. Its unknown if theres a
blu ray version of it.

There seems to be an end theme titled "You" by Visionen im spiegel. Atleast thats what I see.

Seems legit. What do you guys think?

Hmm....52 minutes, not bad.

Obviously I'm excited about this and can't wait for DVD release soon ^_-
