| Hiiragi Tsukasa from Lucky Star should be in here for sure. I'm sure she'd forgive me if she was here... She's often the least informational of the group and on top of that she's so cute when she has no idea about anything! She's forgetful and she even ruined her cell phone by accidently putting in the laundry once. And that incident was just one of the many things this forgetful baka does. |

| They might not be true bakas but: Sanosuke Sagara (Rurouni Kenshin) gets called an idiot by Hajime Saito a bunch of times. Although there's that one scene when he's in jail and does a goofy grin that gets me laughing. Kyo Sohma (Fruits Basket) often gets called baka-neko by Yuki. Ran Kotobuki (Super GALS) just gets by with her grades being a row of ducks (aka 2's, on 1-5 scale 5 being best). She's always borrowing someone's homework and making excuses in class for slacking off. Hideki Motosuwa (Chobits) has to go to cram school but he's been getting straight E's, and continues to be clueless about things. Although I suppose he does redeem himself at the end of the series by actually making it to college. |
