| Ep 13: Shenanigans. Shenanigans everywhere. Pros: Family: The family feel has gone up with the latest eps. Ryoko's backstory is fleshed out and some more charas. are introduced such as Seto's husband Utsutsumi and Neju. Can't wait to see how their places in the plot flow. Seto: She's such an excellent troll. So long idiots: the stooges and Nb are gone! Hooray! 5/5. Good comedy, plot elements, and more things to come. Anyone else get A Mrs.Robinson vibe? Cause I did. |

| Seto is best girl true agent of chaos I feel like I would like Ryoko better if she rejected the crown out of having lived life as a pirate; instead her motivation to refuse is tied to Seina. It would be realistic to describe both as motivations, but Ryoko comes across as slavish. That's not unusal in harem anime, but at least the girls in Tenchi Muyo have lives outside of Tenchi, especially Ryoko Hakubi, Miyone, Mihoshi and Washu. Come to think of it, shouldn't Kiriko also be a princess? |
