| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A fine episode, not as entertaining as the last 4-5 episodes but still better than a lot of other shows this season. Sakaki and Shiho racing against each other was the highlight of the show for me, with Kaoru in a racing queen outfit and Sakaki being completely destroyed by a 10 year old girl :) I couldn't figure out what that song that was playing during the race was until I heard the ED as it was the karaoke version of the ED. The whole boat thing was kind of boring for ZKC but I guess some seriousness is fine once in a while. On the upside, Shiho featured a lot in this episode, I was wondering when she would get some more screen time since Aoi just got her episode last week and Kaoru is always prominent. | I liked this episode. The race between Sakaki and Shiho was hilarious, especially their mind-to-mind conversations. The episode also did get a little bit serious but still ended on a funny note. |

| Raises the question, if Minamoto is that rare a normal, can Espers actually be integrated into society? I think the answer to that question will determine what Kaoru's ultimate choice is. |
