| What bothers me is bimbo anime characters modeled after plastic women in real life. Like Junko from Desert Punk, having a body that was ill-equipped for large breasts. She's not even 5'7 like Catherine McCormack (sexiest Aries woman I've ever seen despite her average physique; still more sexy than Kim Kardashian, the plastic woman). If you're going to model an anime character after a Japanese or Asian woman, then do it right. Another problem is Japan running out of titles and names for anime. Titles like those light novels that no one will ever remember. By the way, I like how 009-1 was modeled after a real, sexy voluptuous vixen and not a plastic girl. The red-haired babe Yurianne Faithful from Kurogane no Linebarrel gets a free pass because she was correctly modeled after some western chicks. |

| Yeah and no. Big boobs aren't inherently bothersome. I couldn't care less, but the way anime depicts characters with big boobs is often so annoying. There's always gotta be some bad joke being made about her having big boobs and/or the anime is so in in your face about it because that's what the "camera" is focusing on. God forbid a girl with big boobs can just exist in a series without attention being drawn to it multiple times. I have eyes. I can see. Let's move on. EDIT: Take a shot for every time I said "big boobs" in this comment. |
