Only 45 minutes ?

Hi,

I read somewhere that Q will only last 45 minutes, because at the beginning it should be projected at the same time as the fourth movie which will also be a 45 minutes movie.

Will it be like Death and Rebirt and The End of Evangelion ?

Can someone confirm it ?

But the actual length will be shorter, because this 106 min includes the short tokusatsu film that Anno filmed (named 巨神兵東京に現る / God-Warriors appear in Tokyo) which is almost 11 min long. Thus the actual length of Q will only be 95 min, making the shortest film in the series (the first has 98 min and the second 106 min)

So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.

It's a bit of a disappointment, I thought it would be a bit longer. God warrior is interesting though with studio Ghibli and Anno working together, it makes me curious.

I think back before 2.0 was even out there was talk of planning 3.0 and 4.0 back to back as 45 minutes each. Maybe that's where this came from. I'm glad that's not the case.
