Anyway, as much as I really like this manga, it kinda bugs me that all the riders are apparently best when they let horse do the show jumping course on it's ... own. I've never did show jumping, but I did some horseback riding when I was younger for about 10 years and I'm pretty positive this is not how successful show jumping works... trusting your horse is one thing, letting it do the course on it's own is something completely different. I know this is nitpicking, but until now this manga seemed to try to stick to realitiy pretty close, but the way show jumping is portayed just seems plain wrong to me. Well, at least when Hachiken or Mikage are riding, there was this other guy who did great by actually leading the horse very clever through the course, so confusing. D: |
