| What i mean, is has the new series caught up to the old series yet and is now in the manga, or is still showing the old material from the original series. Which arc is at? |

| I just did some calculations, and it should caught up to the older series by episode 80. 90 at most. This new iteration is covering manga chapters at a much faster pace than the original anime did, but the original picked up the pace after the YorkNew arc. So, if this new version picks up the pace too, it may caught up even earlier (around episode 70). |

| This series has been going about 2 chapters per episode on a rough estimate, not always as the Zoldyck arc was 5 chapters in the manga and 5 episodes in the anime. As far as the Hunter Exam arc goes it was 38 chapters in the manga and just barely went over the 2 chapter per episode mark ending at episode 21. Heaven's Arena was 20 chapters in the manga and 10 episodes in the anime. If it sticks to that pattern through Yorkshin and Greed Island, then the anime will most llikely be caught up after about 97 episodes, give or take a few from that. That is if it continues the pattern of covering about 2 chapters per episode. It could very easily pick up the pace from that and catch up much quicker. |

The arc that follows it though was pretty damn interesting. But my fear is that the series will end with out ever finishing. |
