My very first manga was HelloKitty. Only 10 pages.. If I remember correctly, really rare shit.
A really sweet girl gave it to me for helping her at a library. I read it, did some research on Anime and Manga and have been into it ever since.

I bought my first manga at the comic store. I don't remember which of these series it was, and it's a choice between Sailor Moon, Evangelion, Dragon Ball, or Pokémon, though I have a feeling it was Sailor Moon in one of those monthly issues they used to do a long time ago before more graphic novels were released here.

I think the first manga I bought was ranma 1/2 or Dr. Slump in a supermarket that had a bookstore corner inside it. That was long time ago.

The first manga I read was FMA, but my friend lent me that. The first manga I bought was Death Note. I bought that from a comic shop called Gosh down in London. Apart from the rest of Death Note, D.Gray-Man volume 1 and Black God volume 1, I've bought all my manga online.

Amazon.com ... Good choice, good prices. I'm from Quebec, and since I prefer my mangas in English, I buy them from the US with Amazon. Stuff here is very expensive, since most are also translated in French, or dubbed in French, which makes the prices higher. Buying them from the US prevents me of having to pay more for something I don't like... English is way better! It's the same for my animes, English subtitles with Japanese language only, no need for French dub or subs...
That's what I hate here, I could have stuff in English, but I do not know where I can get some and they are way too far... Would be a waste of time and money to get there... Since I'm far from big cities... Buying on internet is my best sollution. At this moment, I have 25 mangas and 5 animes.
