Taken from canta-per-me.net

"According to excite anime, a new singer with Sony Music named Haruna Luna will be performing the 2nd Ending Theme of Fate/Zero (featured in the continuation of the anime this Spring), which will be composed by Yuki Kajiura!. The title of the song is not announced yet however.

Haruna Luna is also a model for the fashion magazine “KERA” (which often features Keiko of Kalafina/FJ too), and drew public attention as a finalist for the fourth Anime Song Grand Prix of Japan. Kajiura has reportedly praised her voice for its sense of presence. For more info, visit her official site, or her page on spacecraft."

This will be Haruna Luna's debut song.

I have no clue who Haruna Luna is, but this sounds intriguing.
Can't wait to hear how the ending song is like!

Kalafina where?

Well, I listened to a few videos of her singing on youtube and when she doesn't deepen her voice too much she sounds great. Looking forward to it~ Hopefully there will be a trailer with a nice sample of the song sometime next month :3

Really, Sony Music took advantage of Fate/Zero's popularity to introduce new singers. The previous ED and OP of previous season and this song are all debut songs of new artists, which turned out successful (Memoria and oath/sign ended at Oricon top 10 when released if I'm not mistaken).

I don't know whether this is a compliment or an insult to the greatness of Fate/Zero. Maybe ufotable really couldn't care less about the OP and ED songs and let Sony Music decides for it.

She must be good if Kajiura praises her. Looking forward to hearing it.

I thought they would keep the old OP and ED but I guess we're getting new ones.

Haruna Luna is already updated at the staff position, but I don't think Binetsu no Tsuki is the ending song. It's her sample song, the new ending song is currently unknown.

Taking advantage of popularity is a smart decision for the artist and I don't see how it's a bad thing for this series. A well-known artist would be great and may attract more attention, but FZ doesn't really need that imo. The series already has plenty going for it.

Though if there's no Kalafina then I'll start complaining. I was expecting something from them since the beginning :(

Also removed it from the ending theme section. Not sure why that was accepted, but whatever.

Kalafina would be nice but I'm going to complain hard if Sachi Tainaka won't be included. It's not Fate without Sachi Tainaka singing you know. Just one insert song would do :)

Definitely a good song. Especially for a debut. Good to know both the OP and ED are great.

I'm guessing this is going to be the actual ending.

Whenever Yuki Kajiura is involved, there is no such thing as "disappointment" in terms of music.

Even crap series like Ookamikakushi gets +1 for amazing soundtracks thanks to Kajiura...

The endless debate between fans and haters. At one point, after spending a lot of time on MAL, you just realize it's totally pointless.

It was impossible from the beginning because Sony Music sponsors Fate/Zero and FictionJunction is under Flying Dog. So Yuki Kajiura had to use Kalafina as they are Sony Music artist.
