Well what can I say... It's a decent show of how Osamu Tezuka view those who are separated of their parents and are bound to the hardships of being orphans and live a not normal life. The setting is quite a classic one... the Victorian Period or something like that... You know the huge mansions and the balls hosted by filthy rich people dancing waltzes for all the eternity... Hmmm so the bad guy is the mom of a rich one... Hm okay one shot I guess

generally i give almost everything tezuka-sama does a 9 or 10, but this was more of a 7 - a lesser work, but still fun...........

Such a sweet story.
The legal age of consent in Japan is 13, so shota is totally legal in Japan. In some western countries shota might be considered child porn.
