| Fun chapter. I'm having fun with the characters. One question. Why is this a soul eater spinoff? The setting seems kind of unnecessary. We haven't even seen them attend a class yet. So far this is all stuff that could have happened in a normal school. It has to be going somewhere with this. They're gonna show us a different side of the setting that we miss out on with the main guys being constantly busy with their high octane adventures, or they're gonna use this as an opportunity to shed a different light on the meister-weapon relationship, or something. Why would someone even choose to use a setting like this and make it irrelevant? |

I wish Soul Eater was serialized in a weekly mag, one chapter per month is nowhere near enough. |
