Pretty much the title, I never read Soul Eater but this one looks cools, can I jump into this or do I miss something? (or maybe I get spoiler of OG Soul Eater)

No you don't need to read Soul Eater to read NOT!
These girls will be doing their own thing.

Just be aware that the Soul Eater characters will appear throughout. They'll be their senpai.
