Skip Beat. It was my 24 minutes of joy every week and then it ended at such a crappy point.

Lucky Star at first but I'm reading the manga right now so I don't have the "IT'S OVER" feeling yet :3

But Seto No Hanayome was really a bummer for me, I loved that show, every single second of it ;__;

Cowboy Bebop - I couldn't believe it when I finished the last episode o_o

Kuroshitsuji - one the few anime I never felt even the barest hint of boredom with, the ending was also very well done, I'm glad there will be a 2d season XD

Nothing wrong with shedding tears =) Kanon has pulled more out me than all other anime combined so far!

I felt like they could have kept it going but then suddenly halted it.

i was down in the dumps for a while. and i stopped watching anime for like a couple of weeks.

it may seem a little over the top but thats about the only anime series that has done that to me.

Only Lucky Star and Clannad really. I s'pose Rocket Girls as well, as it is one of those majorly underrated anime in my opinion.

Watching Black Lagoon is fun like playing Metal Slug for me. But when the show's over, I just shrug it off like it's game over^_^

Kino's Journey. I was so sad when it ended. I loved it so much. : (

I was also sad when I finished Spiral. Not because it was good, but because I had realized just how much time I spent on that crap show.

Mushishi, Clannad ~AS~, Code Geass and Samurai Champloo.

I enjoyed these shows so much it killed me knowing they were ending. They were the type that I could definitely re-watch but would miss so much at the same time.

Elfen Lied, Air, Sola, Death Note, Clannad (Both), Kanon (2006), Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, Haibane Renmai, Rosario + Vampire (Both) and School Days.

I just wish that some of them could go longer, since they're the one that kept me on my seat for over twleve hours. Even though some had unhappy endings, I just can't forget em, no matter how long it is.

Clannad and Ouran High School Host Club.
Ouran's manga is still going on, but it's looking like it might end soon.

And when that calendar's page turned in Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, I teared up. I don't know why. It was definately one of my favorite animes ever.

I don't know... Maybe Death Note? I'd followed it from the start, eventually finding myself looking forward to each episode so much I'd stay up to the early hours of the morning to download and watch the latest release.

I was sad after the final episode for two reasons: one because a favourite anime of mine had ended and two because the execution of the last 5-10 minutes was unusually poor by Madhouse. I felt really weird; not sure whether to be depressed or angry.

Samurai Champloo would probably take the top spot. I could watch Mugen, Jin and Fuu travel forever.
Completely agree. It made it even worse that the series (and the ending) was so open that they could have easily made more episodes.

Natsume Yuujinchou, for similar reasons as well. I kind of wish there had been a few more "main" characters than Natsume and Madara, though it was nice that all the supporting characters came back for the end, wrapping things up beautifully.

Ghost Hunt, again for the same reasons. Great characters with an open storyline that could have gone on forever. Oh, why cruel world! XD

And then there were a couple I was sad to see the end because the ending was just depressing in itself. True Tears and Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ come to mind in that case.

The first anime I was ever sad about finishing (not just because the ending was sad) was probably Elfel Lied. Cowboy Bebop, Death Note, Clannad, True Tears, Whisper of the Heart Welcome to the NHK are others that come to mind. Azumanga daioh and K-On also ;_;

Rurouni Kenshin~ The fillers after the main arc sort of "ruined" the anime in a sense, though the effort made to create Episode 95 was sort of all worth it.

Code Geass~ I still cannot believe it's over. It was such a gripping series, I'd breeze through the episodes...until I realized there weren't any left =[

Azumanga Daioh, Lucky Star,xxxHolic and Umineko

I felt sad that Azumanga,xxxHolic and Lucky Star had to end like that. Sure they were happy endings, but just the journey of watching these shows. As for Umineko, they took out some important parts out from the final episodes. They could have done better and it would have to take them two more years for them to make a season two (if they make one).

Code Geass, Death Note, and Honey and Clover. All three left me with a hollow kind of feeling inside, because of the bittersweet endings.
