I dunno, I am not familiar with the game, but that clearly looked like a woman, she had boobs and no dick. Didnt get to hear her name either. Maybe you mistook her for a lookalike, unless she reappeared in later episodes and it was confirmed she was a guy (despite having a woman's body)...
