| @terminatercj: What exactly is the problem? Does it say wrong password or does it reload the page without logging you in? If it's the latter, what you can try to do first: Clear the cookies for "myanimelist.net" and see if it works then. Or you can try with a different browser. |

Maybe there was a problem when she changed the email and she still has the old email. So it's best if she tries all the emails she have. I've sent her a new password manually, if she still doesn't get it (should also check the junk/spam folder) then she needs to contact me again on IRC. She needs to send me a new message every time she's coming so I know she's back. @linaneo10: The email on the account is different. Try all your email addresses, if you get the right one then the system will send you a password. If you need help remembering please contact me on IRC. |

| @Aizumii @OmegatheRoboot Sent you a PM. @g8k8ie: Make sure there is not an invisible whitespace at the beginning or end of the password (this sometimes gets added when you copy paste a password). If you can't see anything you could try to type the password manually to make sure there's really no whitespace. Also make sure that your browser is not filling the password field with additional characters or replacing it with something else. If this still doesn't help let me know. |
