| Too much recap, not enough story progression. Still, it was good to see that our main character actually has some guts. |
| I had a boner when that thug was grabbing Rei's left breast. Okay now that's out of the way, I loved how Takashi suddenly showed his slow motion gun pulling from his pocket skills. Ofcourse he'll do anything for a hot girl. Man I can't believe that thug didn't just join forces with Takashi and Rei. I guess thugs have the same I.Q as zombies. Recaps were also bearable. It wasn't like the whole episode was a recap. We still get to see some new actions and scenes. It was still watchable to be honest. |

| Wow, practically all the survivors are trying to exit by car even though there is a huge traffic jam. I'm surprised that there is practically none trying to escape by boat. All you need is to stock up on canned food;all you need is canned food, water, and and some fishing gear. I guess that would be too simple though. |

| Recap already? Damn. Well, at least they interspersed it with current events too. Okay now I'm pretty sure I'm gonna love this guy xD; I loved how he moved into the picture. Could someone give me an animated gif or png of that? :P That black guy (why was he black? :P :P) was making so much noise, she should've heard him. Anyway, he had most of his priorities right. Just the first few that he messed up. First, survive, then raep :P Takashi was mean to Rei when he talked about Hisashi; I didn't like that. Still, helps that our hero may have a shining armour but he is not a white knight. I never expected Takashi to actually fire that gun or even move in so close to that guy. I thought he would just scare him with the gun. Everyone is starting to go a little crazy now. Also, I kinda like how they change the ED every episode. Makes me sit around till the very end. That's probably their intention too. More Shell Shaun :P Some other parts that I absolutely loved... Especially this one: So good... |

I have a question why for what reason did she not just go into the store with Takaski It would of been 100% smarter. But of course we have some crazy asshole come up but whatever he got what he deserved. |

| Not a bad episode. A lot of people are thinking of this as a recap episode. But if you consider the amount of time spent recapping, and the content of it, I wouldn't call it a recap episode. On a different note, the episode was pretty good despite taking place in practically a single setting. It could have been better in a multitude of ways, though. Looking forward to the next! |
| OMG this epi was amazing poor Rei! i loved how he got the money though! ive always wanted to do that also haha and idk why but i love recaps! if u truly love an anime ull watch it over and over no matter what and that shows im a hard core anime fan lol oh an i cant believe that plane jus went past them haha but i loved their picture XD Rei like didnt care... and that poor man... sure he like molested Rei but a human in the world is like really rare now and if u wanna start a new world than they're gonna need as many ppl they have... if they're not zombies... DONT KILL THEM! i think even that other teacher can be dropped off at like a house or something... if he cant live than that sucks for him but he should at least get another chance to live... oh and i really dont like him! As far as Zombie flicks go Shaun of the Dead > Zombie Land >>>>>> HoTD hoTd isn't a movie though and does not benefit for only needing to tell a story for about 2 hours. It would be interesting to see if those movies would be able to keep their pacing if they had a TV slot for a season to fill. I am guessing they would be like Heroes and Lost where there's a lot of downtime to cover between action shots. |

| The recaps were kind of annoying since I thought I could just skip those parts when the flashback like parts appeared. But since new narration by Takashi was also taking place on it so I have to rewatch. But atleast there was some sort of progress in plot. One thing to point out, my morales are almost desolate, I laughed when that crazy ass teacher kicked that nerd in the face when he sprained his ankle (even though I FUCKING hate him). But one thing I do not tolerate is rape/attempted rape, anything that implies rape. It is so fu*king wrong. When that asshole started groping her breasts, words would/could not describe my fury. I almost dropped the damn series on the spot, I was like "Oh heeelllll noooooo, that is NOT happening. Shoot that fu*k man." and other profanities. In which he did, and left that fu*k to die. Had an ecstasy of an orgasm when founding out he was still alive when the zombies came. Seriously, I fantasied about shooting his penis (excuse by immaturity) and his legs so if he wanted to run, he couldn't. But still intensely satisfying to watch him scream like a pig. |
