Anyone know if this is a new studio like Clover works or it is just another branch of A-1 like bones films with bones and pierrot films with pierrot, they might be just rebranding 3 hrz to focus on SAO projects? Either way i just want to know if it's a new studio or just another branch like if A-1 will be credited as the studio/producers when they makes a anime or no and just like clover work which broke out from A-1

it's probably a branch of studio like you said , just like bones films is a branch of studio bones
