Noticed that some people were confused about this so here is an explanation, it is a spoiler lowkey but if you watched episode 9 with proper subtitles then you should be fine since i assume you have already pieced it together yourself

I am not sure if the anime will do a flash back on this scene or not since it was already supposed to be animated, but just incase, here is the reason.

yeah but saying this only makes sense if you know why, which the anime completely cut out and crunchyroll completely removed from the translation
