She is essentially the epitome of a yandere, she’s obsessed with the mc to an unhealthy degree and would do anything for him even kill. She is a complete psychopath and you’ll see more as the episodes move on.

She is a yandere and probably the most iconic one in all anime.
A lot of people seem to have wrong impression, that yanderes love the person they obsess over, but in fact they just want to have them for themselves, which is something completely different, because they prioritise themselves over their supposed love interest.

i think opinions may vary when it comes to what kind of bad she is. she's literally a psychopath and insane. she is obsessed with Yukki, and just so we're clear, you can't be obsessed with someone and have genuine love for them at the same time. obsession is a very unhealthy dynamic (coming from someone who used to be obsessive in my relationships) and it's all about possession. obsession often does not respect boundaries. In Yuno's case, she will kill anyone for Yukki. she wants him to herself and she will do whatever it takes to achieve that. literally, anything, even things that would hurt Yukki. the anime is a thriller to watch. I've seen it many times. I highly recommend watching the OVA after you've finished, otherwise the ending might leave you pissed (myself and others were, at least), and the OVA gives more of a conclusive feel and sets some things right.

She’s an extremist when it comes to her love. She’ll do anything to protect him even if it means harming him. It’s an overbearing protection.

She’s a yandere. I haven’t watched Mirai Nikki (yet) but Yuno is one of the most infamous and iconic yandere characters.

Case in point, you probably would’ve come across your answer as you continued the show but no, she is not good.

So I see it a different way, but I do not want to spoil it. But I do want to say this. It’s my interpretation of Yandere and how it applies to Yuno.

To me “Yandere” means selfish. The characters may say , “I’ll lie for you , I’ll steal for you, I’ll even kill for you!”
But what makes them Yandere is they say these things but what they really mean is I’ll lie, steal and kill TO KEEP YOU MINE. So it sounds like they’re doing for the other person but they’re actually doing it for them self’s. A Yandere may help the other person but will NEVER do anything that wouldn’t benefit them self.

So all that being said , is Yunno, yandere ? Yes , Of course, one of the most well known. BUT I want to say it doesn’t end there, she is other things too, and I don’t like that she’s seen only as Yandere.And you are very early on now, but there’s ALOT of character development in this show , like ALOT for Many characters including Yuno. I wouldn’t mind having this conversation again after you finish, and how you see her then. But for now enjoy the rest of the show! It’s one of favorites of all time (if you couldn’t tell already 😅) 👍

coz I was impatient my guy, I wanted to know the character of the show I was watching, and I was not gonna watch after 4th episode on that day so I was impatient I wanted to find out truth, ofcourse I was gonna find out about her watching through the series but
buy you can still state some points to my question without spoiling the fun, see like so many people did and I loved every other responses here, I did learn about Yuno now I understand her better than before now I'm more excited to complete this
