| The official website of the Shuumatsu Train Doko e Iku? (Train to the End of the World) television anime revealed two additional cast members, the ending theme, and a third promotional video on Friday. The television anime is set to premiere on April 1 at 9:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and BS11. Rokudenashi is performing the ending theme "Eureka," which is previewed in the promotional video below. Tsutomu Mizushima (Shirobako) is directing the television anime at EMT Squared. Michiko Yokote (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san) is handling the series composition, and Asako Nishida (Love Live! School Idol Project) is designing the characters. The more PVs I'm seeing the more I'm interested. The ED song is a banger from what I can tell and the story seems to be complexer than at first glance (at least I hope it is). I'm ready for some drama and maybe horror elements.
| @goldmari You may be onto something, i doubt it will go into full horror but i have hope to see a darker story unfold here. Also the OST/songs always feel like they cut off when they devolve into darker sound at the previews. There was also one preview that started with a darker OST before it cut into a more fun one. Director did Shirobako, Prison School and Girls & Panzer for example but was also at the helm for Another, Blood-C and Mayoiga (which was admittedly bad but i put that on Mari Okada). |

| @Smudy Mayoga was a train wreck (no pun intended) primarily because of the script, the direction wasn't that bad despite the meme reactions. But I don't think it will be anything other than a metaphorical fantasy about some social or psychological problems. |
