Am absolutely in love with this series. Is there more like this out there? I'm talking in terms of adventure/fantasy which shares the same vibe as this as I love the chemistry between the characters, it's amazing and wholesome 😊. It doesn't have to be based on a game ofc

Try Princess Connect Re:Dive. It’s also based off a game, the animation is top notch, the story is great, and it has a ton of waifu material.

When I started watching Ryza no Atelier, it immediately reminded me a lot of Pokemon Horizons, my favorite anime of 2023: a wholesome fantasy adventure, but with plumper thighs. That's my recommendation, you can watch it even if you've never watched anything about Pokemon before.

Btw, did you check the "recommendations" tab for the anime? I've wrote three recommendations for this anime entry:

Atelier Escha & Logy is the obvious answer to your question, but you should only watch it if you're not bothered by TV series with rough animation/production quality.
The general mood of E&L is less cheery and more melancholic compared to Ryza so keep that in mind.
